Trezor Public Speaking Training provides professional communication and presentation skills training through various formats including individual coaching, group workshops, and corporate programs. Our services are designed to help professionals improve their public speaking abilities and communication confidence.

Registration and Account Security

When you register for our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Payment Terms

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
• Payment is required before service delivery unless otherwise agreed
• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

Refund Policy

• Individual coaching sessions: 48-hour cancellation notice required
• Group workshops: Refunds available up to 7 days before start date
• Corporate programs: Cancellation terms outlined in individual contracts
• No refunds for completed services

Client Responsibilities

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and methodologies used in our training programs are the intellectual property of Trezor Public Speaking Training. Clients may not:

• Reproduce or distribute training materials without permission
• Record sessions without explicit consent
• Use our methodologies for commercial purposes
• Reverse engineer or copy our training programs

Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

• Personal information shared during training
• Professional challenges and goals
• Training progress and performance
• Any sensitive business information disclosed

Limitation of Liability

Trezor Public Speaking Training's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Technical issues beyond our reasonable control

Professional Standards

We maintain high professional standards and expect the same from our clients. Inappropriate behavior including harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemic restrictions, or technical failures.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation between parties
2. Mediation if negotiation fails
3. Binding arbitration under Ontario law if mediation fails

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any legal proceedings must be conducted in the courts of Ontario.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
